This summer Chef Jason and his crew have been turning up the heat with a steady stream of sizzling menu creations to dazzle your taste buds. Just like our clock-work afternoon rainfall, Skyview will continue to “pour” out new, great valued dining opportunities throughout the season’s closing month!
   We get underway right from the start when on September 1st French Night arrives with exciting entrée selections that include Steak au Poivre and Grouper Wellington.
   The European adventure continues on September 9th when Chef Jason takes us on an escape to Italy with our Tour of Italy Extravaganza Buffet. This exciting dinner will include a wide array of taste sensations that include a Soup and Salad Station offering treats such as an Antipasto Platter and Italian Wedding Soup. Then on to the Pasta Station with a choice of two pastas with marinara and clam sauce together with Italian Sausage and Half-Shell New Zealand Mussels. Round out the Extravaganza with choices that include Seafood Portofino, Meat Lasagna, Chicken Francese , plus a tempting Dessert Station with everything from Mini-Cannolis to Tiramisu. It’s an evening fit for Italian royalty, all for the low price of $25, inclusive of tax & gratuity.
